Queen’s: Shelton into second round, wins first-ever pro match on grass
Ben Shelton defeated J.J. Wolf 7-6 (4), 7-6 (2) on Monday and will face the winner of the match between Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 6 seed, and wildcard Jan Choinski in the next round
Ben Shelton advanced to the second round of the Queen’s by winning against J.J. Wolf (LL) 7-6 (4), 7-6 (2) at Queen’s Club in London on Monday afternoon.
Shelton, ranked No 35, will face the winner of the match between Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 6 seed, and wildcard Jan Choinski next.
