Australian Open: De Minaur books spot in second round
Alex De Minaur won against Yu Hsiou Hsu 6-2, 6-2, 6-3 on Tuesday and will play the winner of the match between American John Isner and Frenchman Adrian Mannarino in the next round

Australian Alex de Minaur, the No 22 seed, advanced to the second round of the Australian Open by defeating qualifier Yu Hsiou Hsu 6-2, 6-2, 6-3 at Melbourne Park on Tuesday.
De Minaur, ranked No 24, will play the winner of the match between American John Isner and Frenchman Adrian Mannarino next.
