Sofia Open: Struff reaches quarter-finals, smashing Humbert
Jan-Lennard Struff beat Ugo Humbert 6-3, 6-1 on Thursday. He’ll play Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 4 seed, in the next round

German qualifier Jan-Lennard Struff reached the last eight of the Sofia Open by winning against French qualifier Ugo Humbert 6-3, 6-1 at the Arena Armeec Sofia on Thursday.
Struff, ranked No 132, will play Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 4 seed, next.
The German defeated Serb Dusan Lajovic (4-6, 6-3, 6-2) in the previous round of the Sofia. Humbert, now ranked No 110, beat Bulgarian wildcard Dimitar Kuzmanov (7-6 (4), 6-4).
