Hamburg Open: Davidovich Fokina through to second round
Alejandro Davidovich Fokina defeated Botic van de Zandschulp 6-4, 6-4 on Monday and will play the winner of the match between Slovak qualifier Jozef Kovalik and German wildcard Max Hans Rehberg in the next round
Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina advanced to the second round of the Hamburg Open by defeating Dutchman Botic van de Zandschulp, the No 5 seed, 6-4, 6-4 at Am Rothenbaum on Monday.
Davidovich Fokina, ranked No 35, will face the winner of the match between Slovak qualifier Jozef Kovalik and German wildcard Max Hans Rehberg next.
