Lausanne Open: Martic reaches second round

Croat Petra Martic advanced to the second round of the Lausanne Open by winning against Spaniard Nuria Parrizas Diaz, the No 5 seed, 6-2, 6-2 at Tennis Club du Stade-Lausanne on Tuesday afternoon.
Martic, ranked No 85, will play qualifier Erika Andreeva next.
